How Hotel Rooms Justify the World.
<<< Recently while booking rooms for a future travel date Somebodyisfromhere.com realized how living in New Jersey has given him
a tilted perspective on travel. His traveling ratio is something like this: for every time Somebodyisfromhere.com spends a night in a
hotel room anywhere on Earth, he stays a night in Atlantic City.

Anybody who stays this often in Atlantic City is no stranger to a comp'd room. Lately, Harrah's (which also includes Bally's, Showboat,
and to some extent Caesars) has calmed down on the free room business. Still, it's not unusual to get a room for like $19 or $79 or
some discounted price.

Now, this is terrific. It provides an escape. It allows you to pretend you know what you're doing on the tables. When all else fails, it
saves you from having to find a designated driver.

Like Somebodyisfromhere.com said, though, it all has a tendency to give somebody a tilted perspective. Once you leave the cozy
bosom of the South Jersey coast, it gets increasingly difficult to get a room for $19. Suddenly, somebody who thinks they've outgrown
splitting rooms by the carload might be forced to make humbling wallet saving overtures.

Somebodyisfromhere.com doesn't know math. He's becoming too old to reference college, but way back then he was a
Communication Major. Majors still provide a pretty good snapshot of personal attitudes and, yeah, there's no math in Communication

Staying out of town meanwhile has had the opposite effect
on his thoughts. Somebodyisfromhere.com has recently purchased a
mattress and a flatscreen TV.  When one is forced to spend $200 for
a room for one night it's hard to justify not spending an extra
hundred for a softer bed when you'll be sleeping on it for the next handful of years.

The same goes for a flatscreen TV.
While guys don't need justification for that kind of thing, using the hotel room justification
Somebodyisfromhere.com now has TV worthy of staying in for night and a bed from which to watch it from.

He just won't be staying in any hotels this weekend.
